Simply use the 'Personalisation Box' on our checkout page to let us know the NAME and the FONT NUMBER you would like for your personalised product. 

Listings with different text font options will be numbered. If font numbers are not given, you will receive the font that is pictured.

Personalised items usually take between 7 - 10 business days to produce by hand. All items are custom made to order, so we appreciate your patience. Our turn around time is approximately 10 - 20 business days from order to delivery. This can change during peak seasons but we send shipping confirmations with all orders so you can track. 

Refunds & Returns Policy: 

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be refunded as they're made to order. However we can issue an exchange for defected or damaged items if reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

Orders that are eligible for refund need to be returned within 14 days of delivery.
